Pearl Property Partners was founded in January 2024 by a team of experienced property management professionals with more than 20 years of combined experience in both leasehold and freehold estate management. The Partners spent years working within some of the UK's leading managing agents. During that time, the Partners repeatedly saw the same issues impacting clients: overstretched property managers carrying unsustainable workloads, which leads to inconsistent communication, high staff turnover and a lack of transparency. These challenges directly affected the quality of service residents and directors received, and it became clear the industry needed a better way forward.

Pearl Property Partners was created with a clear vision: to manage workloads sustainably so every client is looked after directly by a Partner. This approach ensures each client receives the time, attention and resources they deserve. By working with a dedicated Partner who truly understands their building and takes full ownership of its management, clients benefit from a higher level of accountability, consistency, and service quality.

We focus on residential block management for developments across London and the Home Counties, including Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Our clients include RMCs, RTMs, freeholders and developers who want a managing agent that actually delivers on its promises.
